Preliminary description:

Bobox is a parallelization framework intended for data-intensive computations. Xeon Phi co-processors are designed for high-performance computing on many cores. The main objective of the thesis is adapting the Bobox framework to the Xeon Phi architecture and tuning the system in order to gain the best possible performance on the server that uses such co-processors.
