• Maintanence and enhancement of visualization tools for structural bioinformatics
  • The applicant will maintain and enhance existing structural bioinformatics tools developed in our group, mainly the web-based visualization tools for combined sequence-structure visualization. This also includes helping our partners with deployment and customization of the tools.

Open lecturer positions

• Lecturer of Software Engineering
  • The applicant will manage teaching in several courses ran by the department, and bring their own expertise to extend the portfolio of the department. The applicant will also actively engage with students in execution of student projects.
  • Experience (doctoral degree) in areas related to database systems, networking, or high-performance software is required.
