Academic profile

I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Software Engineering, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University. My research focuses on methods for representing, integrating, transforming, evolving, and querying heterogeneous data, with particular emphasis on multi-model and polyglot database systems, workload-aware physical design, schema inference, and automated data-management tooling.

Research interests: Database systems · multi-model data · schema evolution · data migration · query processing
