Except hotel Andels Prague, Diplomat hotel Prague and OREA Hotel Pyramida the amount for the accommodation deposit will be charged according to your first choice.
Accommodation payment is composed from the accommodation deposit (payable together with the registration fee) and accommodation balance (the difference between paid deposit and the rest of the costs of your stay) charged after July 20, 2010.
Example: 5 nights/single room at Constans Hotel (CZK 2 700 per night):
Accommodation deposit = CZK 2 000
Accommodation balance = CZK 9 750
Total accommodation payment = CZK 11 750
We would like to stress that the payment of the accommodation balance before your arrival is required according to Prague's hotels policy, when all hotels are overbooked and the full advanced payment for group reservations is required. However group reservation allows us to offer you special conference prices.

Reservations must be cancelled in writing 30 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Reservation cancelled between 30-6 days prior arrival day will result of one night room rate. Cancellation less than 5 days prior to the arrival day results of 100% of full booking value.
